Stayed for 3 nights and would stay here again. Super convenient location and close to a subway station. The hotel is right across from an Italian bakery to grab caffeine before your daily adventure. Staff were great and accommodating.

Loved this hotel! The location was perfect! Super close and walkable to so much! Really close to a subway station too. Only problems were that only one elevator was working so there were significant lines to get up to the lobby. Also the ice machine on our floor wasnt working and room service said it would be a fee to bring us ice despite the inability for us to get it ourselves. If they fixed these things, the hotel would be perfection!

Dishonest & Deceitful Hotel
The deceitful practice of charging $500 for a policy not explained at check in is very dishonest on the part of this hotel. The policy sign was turned facing the staff nor was it mentioned at check in . I will certainly turn to social media with this and make others aware of how dishonest the MSocial hotel can be.

The location is great near Time Square. We had a good view of it from our Premier Room on the 31st floor. The hotel was near some Broadway show locations. The ambience is a little noisy (the music is loud in the restaurant) and it is party music. The room is spacious and confortable. Most of the time it is quiet inside, but once we could hear some music at 11pm, but could not figure out where it came from.

Awesome vibe and location!
Best part about this hotel is the rooftop bar! The location is awesome. You have this fun view of Times Square—part of it all but removed from the crowds. Rooms are modern and clean. I would definitely stay here again when I’m going just to see shows.
