This is probably the most disgusting hotel I have ever set foot in. The lobby was dirty and dingy. When I checked in I was told that I would be charged the total amount upon checking in. I travel often and stay in 4 or 5 star hotels. None of them have done that, they only place a hold until checkout. Because of the way the lobby looked, I asked if I could see the room first. I don’t know where the pictures on your website came from, but they are not of this hotel. The room was extremely small and dark, like a cave. I’m not very tall, but I felt as if I had to bend over to get through the doorways. It smelled so strongly of marijuana that I had difficulty breathing. This is an awful hotel.

Highly disappointed stayed the day after Christmas till December 31.Hotel restaurant was closed 2 days in a row bartender called out I especially stayed to this location so when I wanted coffee , quick bite or drink it would be here Customer service zero the past few days Sat Dec 28th called 3 times for house keeping they arrived at 5:30. No towels nothing was ready. When you spend $300 a night you expect decent service. Very very disappointed in the stay here.

Overall my stay was good. The check in process was difficult but the representative eventually was able to resolve my issue. I was surprised that the incidental fee was $250 but my biggest concern was the $60 fee for parking. Fortunately we were able to find street parking. The room was ok but There was only one bath towel. The heat worked well and for one night I can’t complain.
