#1,I've stayed at Comfort Suites for years & never had to pay for parking. #2 the man at the front desk was reluctant in helping with the check in process, & then 30 min later when we told him the bathroom was flooded. Then made us come to the lobby to get a different room key that was on the floor we just came from. Just an overall poor, disappointing experience. Staying at Choice Hotels will not be my first choice anymore.

The worst customer service ever. The room was dirty the beds uncomfortable and nobody can sleep there. I tried to get othee room i was denied. I left the property 3 mins after checking in and they charge me for the night when they kNOW they didn't give me any other option.

I used your hotel for a tech going to school paid for the whole trip and then he gets there at 9:30 at night and cant get in his room and you don't accept credit cards over the phone. Terrible service

I was charged twice for this room had to call my bank to dispute the charge. The hotel is decent and the breakfast is good however the charges are too much. There’s a charge that’s automatically taking out before your stay then another for hotel and parking.

People above me SO NOISY every night I was there for 3 nights ppl next store to me Blast Music EVERY Night all you hear is back door slamming and kids running in hallway and they have you sign a hotel policy paper but they dont honor those policies and I killed a roach on wall the morning I was leaving I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Did not like that they did not restock the breakfast. Once an item ran out that was it. Even if it wasn’t the end of the breakfast time they would not bring out more food

This hotel was old and in need of a renovation. The couch in the lobby was filthy and tattered. The guy at the desk was nice but the overall experience was not. It was dark and gloomy at night and not very welcoming. If I had not paid prior I would have found another resort.
