We couldn't sleep at night because the fan on the heating unit would not turn off so it blew either cold air or hot air all night. We tried to contact the front desk but the phone didn't work. I left a letter for the manager requesting a partial refund but to date have not received a response.

My entire hotel room was filthy from the shower to the bed linens. The room looked untouched from the last guests checking out. The hotel advertised a swimming pool with no mention there was absolutely zero water in the pool, no signs or mentions of this with checking in or on the website. During breakfast the hotel staff cleaned it all up 30 minutes prior to the end of breakfast time. Overall was a very unpleasant stay.

Very disappointed. Pool was closed for maintenance/repair. This would have been nice to know prior to arrival. As this was part of why we chose this location. The complimentary breakfast was less than mediocre. Eggs, sausage, potatoes were cold. Dining area was not well kept. No coffee. Maybe they were understaffed, but we were very disappointed.

Nightmare of a night.
The room #409 next to our room #411 had many teenage guests (at least 8 prolole) that were very disruptive, roudy, loud music screaming between 11pm till 6am also into the corridor. We called reception for the complaint and they sent the security at least 3 times and did nothing about it. Also they set the fire alarm. Our family did not sleep all night. It was a nightmare of a stay. Your personelle that night basically had no authority.
