It was a very nice and peaceful stay. Appreciate the front desk lady Alijah ( I think that’s how you spell her name) She was very kind and friendly. I was charged for parking and I didn’t have a car so I will be calling about a refund.

A decent and clean room for a one night stay. Perfect for us as the hotel is walking distance to Lit 21. Hotel breakfast was like any other free hotel breakfast.

Our Room had zero heat- it was absolutely freezing. The room didnt even have a thermostat on the wall after the unit said "use wall unit to control" it was a crisp 30 degrees outside and our room felt 40! They changed our room around 1030 in the evening- the worker told me to come geg the keys to new room and go see if everything worked in there myself. The elevators broke early in the am and were down for a few hours, the pool is under renovations, and the noise from the train is very very loud. Kept us up all night.

Nice hotel and nice view of the river and city if you get that type of room, HOWEVER, when we first arrived they told us the room wasnt cleaned yet, assured us everything would be ready when we got back that night. When we returned, they told us they hadn't assigned us a room, therefore couldnt find the 2 queen beds room i booked. Sent us to a different room, housekeeping hadnt touched it ! Dirty. Late at nite,Long story short, we had to take a king 1 bed room with 3 people. When we pulled the couch out it hadnt been cleaned. Sounds like managent needs to make a few changes.

We like this location, unfortunately this time our room had some issues. Flickering bedside light, the beds were very creaky and the floor was dirty with crumbs. There was even a potato chip left on the desk chair.
