On Sunday, breakfast was supposed to be open at 7am and it was not set up until 7:40ish and the waffle maker was not working and the actual mixer looks suspicious as well as the other food in the breakfast area and food looked really bad that we decided to leave without eating.Then on Monday, we came down around 8:30am and it was nothing in the breakfast area everything was gone, and nobody was restocking or putting new food.

**Overall Stay: 4/5 Stars** I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The service was truly outstanding; the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met with a smile. My room was very clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining it. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made my stay even more comfortable, especially during the warmer days. The only downside was the surrounding area, which I found to be a bit dirty. It didn’t significantly impact my overall experience, but it's something to be aware of. Despite that, the hotel itself provided a wonderful and relaxing environment. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Big thank you to Ana. I know our initial conversation started out rough but she quickly resolved our room situation because of our early arrival. Appreciate it. Only negative i have to point out is Do not charge automatically for parking without asking me first if i drove or have a car parked in the garage.

I never do reviews, but this was a sad experience. only use Hilton hotels, and this was a disappointment. When I checked in was never offered my water and I am Hilton Honor member. Was told because I did through Expedia i cant use it. The rooms needed updating, and my bathroom was not cleaned correctly. The microwave was dirty. Asked front desk for extra towels and blanket never received it. The breakfast did not look good, couldn't even get coffee because it was empty. Super sad!

Not very friendly. Not accommodating. Could not even give you a bottle of water as a guest. Water bottle charge $5. Shower and bath plumbing not in full working condition. Water did not drain in tub, and shower switch did not fully operate. No Kleenex in bathroom.

Not worth a multiple day/night stay
We paid for a suite with a sitting area and the room was only a regular room with 2 queen beds. So paid for something we didn’t get. Also the pictures were nothing like the hotel. Very deceiving. We were charged $22.00 per day for parking and that was not disclosed at check in. The hotel is out dated with dirty carpeting. The pool had too much chemicals, it was cloudy and not all that warm. Breakfast was limited and not well stocked.
