All flights had been cancelled leaving NYC area airports, this hotel had some rooms left for us to get some sleep before getting on our rebooked flight @ Newark. There was a very long line of weary travelers in the lobby at 1am, all in same boat. But front desk staff was EXCEPTIONAL, one woman even stayed way late way past the end of her shift to help the other wonderful employee who had overnight shift, just to make sure all guests could be checked in and accommodated. Really amazing. I don’t remember this employee’s name, but she was professional and wonderful and so kind to all of us exhausted, ornery travelers. This was late Sunday night 8/18-early Monday 8/19. This female employee deserves praise and great recognition for ensuring the hotel ran smoothly through the night. The other staff members who worked during this time were also great.

The over night young lady acted like she didn't want to be not very helpful with cars blocking area for me to park in handicap and 1 car was the security guard car horrible overnight staff Ana was wonderful

Hotel room itself and lobby were clean and staff was great. Breakfast was decent. There was a huge group of people partying and smoking marijuana on our floor though and nothing was done by staff about it. We were two rooms away and the smell was infiltrating our room and people yelling and screaming at 3 am. Security should have handled this as there was one sitting in the lobby the entire evening. Anyone could tell there were hordes of partiers coming in that weren't checking in.

The parking is limited and always full, so if you have a car you have to check the good options that you will have near the hotel. For me the hotel was ok for the place and my room have a good view ( I really love it). The path is a 20 minutes of walk. I was there for a concert, so this hotel was the best option I found.
