If the night we stayed were not power outage, I’d rate 5 stars. Very bad customer experience, especially when I was showering. entire hotel building including parking lot had no power for 15min. Very dark, no air ventilation.

Overall the property is decent and is in a great location. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious, with much storage and is convenient for large families. The hotel is close to nearby shopping, restaurants, Legoland and Woodbury Commons. My only concern was there was a lingering smell in the rooms and lobby area, and some of the towels needed to be cleaned better. In addition, the bathroom area could use some upgrades and better cleaning to the fixtures. The morning breakfast has many options, waffles, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. One of the servers did not have the best attitude and reminded everyone that she had a long shift. Her attitude was unprofessional, although the rest of the staff was awesome and very helpful.

When we arrived there were sauce stains on the carpet and a half drank bottle of Gatorade between the beds. The suite was described as sleeping six but yet there were only blankets and pillows for four. We got back from a full day out and told the kids they could swim the next day, but when we went down for breakfast a sign was hung in the elevator that the pool was closed for the day. They never replenished breakfast items and called to tell us that the people below us were complaining of someone running around making noise when that was not the case in our room. We love hiltons and have had a great experience with home2 suites but would never ever return to this hotel. Do yourself a favor and choose differently.

Close to Lego land, very convenient with everything local around. Had a great time but the area around the hotel has definitely changed. It does not feel as safe anymore, and I had a nasty encounter with another guest at the hotel that was threatening. I really loved this property but unfortunately will no longer be a selection for my family.

When we went for our day activity, we are expecting that they will clean our room and replenish towels and empty our garbages. But When we came back our room was not cleaned up. I am not sure if they only clean the room once you checked out.
