"There is a $50 refundable deposit or incidentals. Front desk staff is very friendly & answers all questions. All the other staff I dealt with were equally wonderful & helpful from housekeeping to the wonderful lady who set-up breakfast daily, continuously checking that guests still had ample bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, etc for breakfast. The room was clean. Heater was practically noiseless & worked well. Provided toiletries were my favorite - Dove - & getting more individual Dove hand soaps, lotions, etc was not a problem with staff. Room was clean with neatly placed items on counters/in bathroom. Towels were plentiful, clean & nicely folded. There was a choice between a room with indoor entry or a room with exterior door entrance (like a motel.) This stay was a King bed, business room with indoor access. The bed was huge - it probably could fit 3 adults comfortably. It was extremely comfortable with a soft, thick comforter & starched clean white sheets. In the areas of the hotel I passed through, I noted 4 soda/vending machines but know there were more throughout the property. I used 3 of the 4. Each were well stocked with a variety of snacks & drinks. Though this review is only for a one night stay, this one night is actually an extension of a 12 night stay. All-in-all, it was an excellent experience & I would not hesitate to book at this property again"

"They didn’t change the garbages in the lobby or out front. Pool closed early on Sundays which was horrible if you have children. "

"Stayed on fri 6/12/24 for 4 nights. Hotel is right in the middle of the town close to the square which is very pretty this time of year. Everything is within walking distance so hotel is very conveniently situated which probably reflects the elevated costs of a room per night unfortunately. Morristown is a pretty town in my opinion. On arrival the lobby had a really nicely lit and decorated Christmas tree with sofas and a projector showing a fire place. It looks cozy. Bar is in the right corner as you walk into the lobby. Plenty of chill areas with seating etc and around the corner from the bar is an open plan cafe of sorts with lots of snacks and various options for food and drinks etc depending on the time of day/evening. Check in was quick, easy and the desk staff member was friendly. Lifts can be busy and you can wait considerable time sometimes for the lift to arrive. The room (king room with high floor) was clean tidy and had everything we needed for our stay including a sofa bed and large tv which allows connection via chromecast. We had an issue connecting our devices to this tv but after a call to the front desk we was given clear instructions on what to do and after a phone call the issue was resolved. Again the desk staff and helpline number people were fantastic. Air conditioning/heater was a little noisy especially when on while watching tv and sleeping with it. Windows a little draughty but not enough to affect our stay. Check out easy. Recommended."
