Staff was great including the front desk, bar and dining service staff. Room was comfortable and had a great view of the beach. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the carpet in the rooms and hallways especially given the location near the beach.

Beautiful ocean view
Beautiful hotel! We had an ocean view room which gives the best view in Nice. Hot water kettle and mini fridge for the room. Newly remodeled bathroom. Will stay there again!

The parking was very expensive and there was no discount from the hotel. There is no bell boy at the hotel and you have to pick up your luggage by yourself

La chambre terrasse se trouve au 1er étage mais la vue est belle et la chambre bien isolée du bruit de la bruyante promenade des anglais. Chambre spacieuse et rénovée. Salle du petit déjeuner belle mais les produits de qualite médiocre. En bref trop cher malgré tout.

The hotel is in an excellent location, away from the busy areas but with direct access to the promenade. Restaurants and shopping are a short walk away. You can walk to and from the old town and markets or use the tram or hire lime bikes to return. We had a hire car and parking was easy, we used Parking du Palais Masséna which is very close to the hotel. Beach clubs are close or you can hire a beach towel from the hotel. Our room was clean with plenty of hot water and had a wonderful sea view. Toiletries were limited though. We would love to return to Nice and would book again at this hotel due to its location, cleanliness and value for money.
