Amazing location right next to the Waterfront Skytrain and Seamus station as well as the Hullo Ferry and Harbour Air sea planes. Luxurious hotel and great value for it.

The staff and room was beautiful. Small things like not being able to turn on and off the lights, the alarm clock going off each day and not being able to turn it off, and scent on the pillows.

check in was very busy but they had 5 front desk agents open and that moved the line quickly. Disappointed they ran out of the dog beds even though i paid $40 extra to have a pet in the room

Morning cup of coffee disaster
Our stay was lovely. We loved our room on the 16th floor with water view. Everything was really lovely , except for coffee situation. There were so many flight attendants getting coffee, there was no room for regular people to be able to get a cup. When the swarms of flight attendants were off on their way, coffee station was a messy disaster and there was no more coffee left and the hotel neglected to refill it. That occurred both morning of our stay. Pan Pacific has lots of room for improvement when it comes to providing their guests with a cup of coffee in the morning as a good host would.
