We liked the proximity of this place to dinning and shopping places. The hotel has a good vibe. Though we were super put off, coming back to a dirty room. They didn't do room service and blamed it on us. In all our travels, we have never experienced this. The management was not apologetic and did not rectify the situation. We slept in a dirty room and the bathroom was wet (the way the shower is designed), with dirty towels all around. Disappointing!

Perfect for our stay. Breakfast was great and excellent choice . Convenient for tram shops and walkable to lake etc. roof top bar perfect as weather hot whilst we stayed. Would definitely recommend. Staff really helpful and despite no window in room was perfect size with great amenities

Great hotel, beautiful breakfast and clean and modern. But the rooms are in the basement without windows (I knew this going in) and it just wasn't my thing so wouldn't stay there again. However if you don't mind enclosed spaces you cannot fault this place, the service or the facilities.

A super cool boutique hotel located in prime Stockholm location! The underground hotel itself had amazing personality throughout and was very clean. The rooftop bar was an amazing addition.

Lovely modern room with great breakfast selection. Staff were very helpful and the location was excellent with transport next door and good walking distance from restaurants and shops. Communal area was friendly with a good selection of alcohol.
