While the room definitely appeared to be clean it carried a very intense damp, mildew smell. The towels even had a mildew smell. On top of the air conditioner was a puddle of water. The noise is really bad, neighbors were so noisy we had to call front desk. Even when they quieted down we could still hear them, could even hear the toilet flushing and drawers shutting.

The atrium was very unique in it's set up. I liked the fact I had an inside first floor room I did not like the fact that the baseboards were very dirty, greasy looking and dusty. I moved the mattress and noticed how dirty the baseboards was and the dust bothered my breathing. The cord where the light was plugged in was full of dust. I told the front desk about it.

The staff are great. The outside and inside was very clean. The rooms were clean, except the outside of the fridge in the king room. Also, the king bed is way to hard. My wife and i barely got sleep, because it feels like sleeping on bricks. Overall, our stay was great.

Clean and nice hotel to stay. We went to the concert at DPAC. It’s nice distance and easy to access. I enjoyed staying. Only one thing, my bed was sunken. I guess need to be replaced the mattress.

This is my second time staying here. First time was great. This time, the check in was okay and the room was good but the hallway had such a strong odor of dog urine it was overwhelming. Luckily you couldn't smell it from the room, otherwise I would have left.
