I’m speechless. Literally. I’ve been traveling for 20 years and this was the first time I IMMEDIATELY barricaded my door once I got in. Like everything you could think of was bad. Just grateful I didn’t have to deal with bugs.

Decent hotel in a rundown area. Location to the airport is great and easy on off to the freeway. The area is a little sketchy at night, but they do have security and a gate. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I stayed 2 days. At check in. They charged us around $80 deposits on top of stays. They said I will get refund in a week. I hope they do. (1st day) Smoke Detector was beeping. So, I got different room. But that room didn't have pillows. (2nd day) When I returned, room wasn't prepped. I guess that's because we changed room. still, I have to visit front desk to get new bath towels. (Overall) Very bad services. Very disappointed.

This property used to be in great condition and used to provide a great customer experience and convenience of its location, but now it’s run down, most amenities are gone, broken, or inaccessible. The rooms are poorly cleaned as our floor was so dirty and sticky we had to keep our shoes on the entire time. The rooms are old and outdated. The lobby has been updated but nothing else. Customer service was not any better as they did not seem to want to be there either. Very sad to see the once busy and nice hotel look so bad.
