Parking was inconvenient, had to walk a block to get to the hotel. Room did not match description of what I paid for. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Wasn’t terrible but definitely won’t be back for the price I paid.

Having only 8 free parking spots and across the road charging $22 a night is ridiculous. Couple blocks down the road is free parking.

The staff were fabulous. The room was perfect for our purpose. The floor & tiles Under bathroom sink area needed to be cleaned. Outside was not very appealing.

We booked a room with a kitchen area so we could cook some meals in the room. The cabinets were empty. There was not a plate, spoon, towel, or TOASTER. I bought bagels for breakfast. I did ask and was told that was accurate. Parking is 22.50 extra a night if you want to be next to where your staying. Otherwise, parking is 2 blocks away. Everything else was within reason.

My room door was very hard to close and open due to carpet getting stuck. They would not give me another room and someone pooped in the pool.

Great view of the ocean. Any food or beverages you would want is in walking distance. The inlet is about 1.5 miles. My only complaint is the bed was to hard and the pillows were to soft.

Reeking smell

Fine room 601 but while unpacking I got a big whiff off marijuana in my bathroom, I opened the room door and it reeked. Front desk was contacted they moved me to room 607. Better view but the next night the hall reeked of pot again. No hot water in sink to wash face. Front desk ladies are nice but the room 602 should have been kicked out.

The hotel is in a great location (beach/boardwalk) and had everything we needed for a reasonable price. The only negative about our stay was that parking is inconvenient (a distance away) unless you’re going to pay extra or are lucky enough to get a street spot. Overall, we would stay there again.

I thought this property worked out great for a short family getway trip and thought the staff was very friendly. The only thing I was not a fan of was the parking options, no gym and no breakfast.

Good location - but room for improvement

The location was about halfway up the boardwalk which was nice because you were away from the chaos of the pier. The room wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped (dirty bed sheets, dirty sleeper sofa), and it was a bit cramped making it hard to function with 3 people in the room. There are high chairs on the deck which also aren’t for everyone (we traveled with an elderly person who couldn’t easily get in or out of those chairs). The drawers in the dresser fell apart when we got the covers for the sleeper sofa from it. There was an ungodly bright light on our patio which made it difficult to sleep at night even with the curtains drawn. Finally, the elevator sounded like it needed work. We often wondered if we’d get stuck on it.

The hotel is convenient with kitchenette and right on the beach. The parking was literally right around the corner not far at all. The pool bathroom needs more attention. The front desk girl Scarly was very nice and professional and always with a smile. My main complaint is we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and not once was our room serviced. It got to a point we had to take out the garbage on day 3 cause it was too much and asked for fresh towels. I bought my own trash bag for just in case and it was left full at the time we checked out.
