I really wanted to like this place. It is a great location. The bathroom above us was leaking into our shower so we brought it up to the front desk, they said they didn’t have any maintenance there that night so they would be in touch the next day, the next day their solution was telling the people above us to close their curtain when taking a shower (we didn’t have a curtain in our bathroom, just a door for our shower). They also didn’t have a comparable room to switch us, I couldn’t take a shower our last morning there because it was leaking non-stop, and I didn’t want someone else’s dirty water on me. Also, there were some very unhygienic things around the pool/hot tub area when we went to use it.

We thought our stay was OK. The view of the ocean and boardwalk was perfect. We thought the attendant at the check-in was so wonderful and nice, she was great! The room was clean, but the bathroom was a little disappointing. There was mold in the shower stall and behind the toilet. That discouraged us from taking a shower.

Amanda at the front desk was just awesome! And the cafe for breakfast was amazing w/the crepes. I convience of being right on the boardwalk. Just loved it!

Really liked the lovely receptionist Holly. Great smile, out of her way helpful, when I needed laundry detergent packet and a washer dryer usage. Did not like upon my arrival on Thursday late afternoon to be met by the receptionist without a smile. Glanced hp at me and gave me details only. No welcome. Didn’t ask her name.

Amazing!!
It was amazing! We only had one night but enjoyed the hotel and the beautiful view. We were ocean front, 6th floor, in the center. Spent time walking in the sand and that night we were outside. Hotel was nice and quiet.

Spacious balcony, modern, great location, good AC and heat unit, cool waterfall shower. TV guide is confusing, housekeeping burst into room without announcement while my wife was sleeping, and balcony light can't be turned off (a big sleep-killer!). Will still stay there again.

I stayed with two housemates at the hotel from 10/18-10/20/2024. The location was perfect. It was ocean fried and had the convenience of being right on the boardwalk at 11th. The room was a nice size. We had two double beds and a double bed size sofa bed. The amenities were great. We had a full-size refrigerator freezer two burner electric cooktop stove, microwave and flatscreen TV. Everyone had an ocean front view. The balcony furniture was great with a rectangular, high top table and four high top chairs. Thr only issues we had with the hotel was the drawers on the chest of drawers were coming apart. It was difficult opening snd closing the drawers because they would come apart The only other suggestion we have for the hotel concerns the hours for the pool and hot tub. I believe it opened at 8 AM and closed at 10 PM. Since there's no lifeguard there, It would be nice if the pool had extended hours so that it can be used late nights for those guests who would like to use it. All in all the hotel was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Property is located directly on the boardwalk, so lots of things are within walking distance including a great option for breakfast. The showers need an upgrade, however.

The room was clean and equipped with a kitchenette which we liked. The location of the Monte Carlo Boardwalk was excellent; however, the parking was 2 blocks away. Other than the parking, our only other complaint would be the bed. It was not very comfortable at all.
