It is extremely convenient and accessible. The only downside experience I had was that I had requested a quiet room away from elevators and service areas and I was given a room right next to the service closet and the elevators. It was almost like a slap in the face for putting in a request, which was encouraged by the hotel before arriving (they sent a survey asking for any requests).

I just love this hotel. I’ve stayed there twice while attending a conference instead of staying at the official conferencerr hotel. I originally chose it because it was a lot cheaper than the suggested hotel and now I will always stay there. The person who checked me in, Jennifer I think, was extremely helpful with suggesting things to do in the area and was extremely friendly and welcoming. The whole stay was great, perfect location for downtown activities, terrific restaurant on the bottom floor, and economical also. Perfect hotel for me!

The hotel is walking distance from major shopping, dining restaurants, and the same street at Pike Market. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Since I checked in online the day before, our room was ready upon arrival. I would stay here again.

Cons: Jan. 1, hard time finding traditional breakfast in surrounding areas. Most noise heard was from hallways. Bathroom door is frosted glass, so turning on light in middle of night might disturb other sleepers. Pros: staff was nice, parking was easy, surrounding shopping and eating were great, very walkable, overall would recommend and stay again.
