This property was very centrally located. Unfortunately their valet “only parking” was full when we checked in and had to find parking at another location which is was not convenient and a little disappointing. And The WiFi was HORRIBLE, I mean HORRIBLE!

It is extremely convenient and accessible. The only downside experience I had was that I had requested a quiet room away from elevators and service areas and I was given a room right next to the service closet and the elevators. It was almost like a slap in the face for putting in a request, which was encouraged by the hotel before arriving (they sent a survey asking for any requests).

I just love this hotel. I’ve stayed there twice while attending a conference instead of staying at the official conferencerr hotel. I originally chose it because it was a lot cheaper than the suggested hotel and now I will always stay there. The person who checked me in, Jennifer I think, was extremely helpful with suggesting things to do in the area and was extremely friendly and welcoming. The whole stay was great, perfect location for downtown activities, terrific restaurant on the bottom floor, and economical also. Perfect hotel for me!

Quick getaway

Evening away for show & Valentine’s Day. We have stayed here before. Disappointing that the lobby is under construction and there are no signs at the entrance. The staff was helpful but telling you about services that complimentary in any hotel isn’t really a perk. The bed was super comfy & I did the extra pillows I requested. It’s super close to the theatre which is why we chose it. Last time we stayed here the restaurant was closed down as well. Hopefully the next time everything will be up and running.

This was our first visit to The Paramount. We didn't really know what to expect from a property that bills itself as three-star, and our initial impression was colored by the hotel lobby being closed for renovation when we arrived, requiring us to enter through the valet entrance and to walk around the outside of the hotel to reach the breakfast cafe. But this was a minor inconvenience; everything else about the hotel was outstanding! Every member of staff we met was friendly, helpful and informative, from the receptionist to the room attendant. The room itself was a good size, well laid out and well-equipped, clean and in good repair. The towels were perfect, luxuriously soft and absorbent. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. Breakfast in the Spruce restaurant was outstanding, with a menu offering just what we prefer, and service was very good. Just as important, breakfast was available until 1pm, and hotel checkout time was noon, both things that were very much appreciated by us retired late risers! The location was also very convenient, one block from the Paramount theater and the Convention Center, two from the shopping at Westlake Center and its light rail station. In short, we found this to be an outstanding property, and one we strongly recommend.

Celebrating 35fh wedding anniversary

My husband and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We celebrated with a night at the paramount theatre opening night of Hamilton. We checked in and were greeted with such genuine hospitality it was lovely. The room was spacious and the BATHTUB!!! My goodness was so big I Loved It.

Check in was easy and the valet did everything to make sure we got our car parked even though they were at capacity. The people working the front desk were professional and courteous both on check in and out. The room was clean and easy to get around in since my wife had a broken foot. Would definitely stay again.
