Our room was ice cold when we checked in. We turned on the heater and left for dinner. We spoke to the front desk and she sent someone to check on it. She kindly offered to send up extra bedding or move us after we got back from dinner. It was starting to warm up, so we opted for the extra bedding. I wish we’d opted for a different room. Everything in the room was still very cold and we didn’t warm up until after midnight. It ruined what was otherwise a nice stay.

It is a beautiful motel with lots of potential, but the room under the couch and behind the couch was dirty. The couch itself was dirty. The pillows were very uncomfortable could not sleep. Woke up with a migraine, but the property itself is very nice. Just bring your own blankets and bring your own pillows if you want to be comfortable and get a good night sleep

Cozy lodge feel with very friendly and helpful staff. Motel setup was nice for taking our dogs to the room. Breakfast was disappointing, but understandable as it was Thanksgiving morning.

It was a very nice room. I love the pillows in the bed. The floor was nice the shower was nice. It's sad that there has to be places like motel 6 with cockroaches and homeless people living outside the doors of the motel 6 in order to make other hotels look good. But this place was nice with a huge fireplace in the foyer. Very nice people fast check-in. It was a little pricey for how big the room was. It was not the Hilton and I paid almost Hilton prices. But I would stay there again.

Very nice area and property - clean rooms, quiet heater/AC unit. Kind of hard to track down ice machines/water. There’s a restaurant to buy breakfast but no included breakfast.

Like: convenient. beautiful grounds. comfy bed. Front Desk manager said she would "make it right" at my next stay - if ever I should consider another stay. Dislike: #1) no room service! All room services and supplies are by request only - This Is Not the Best Western I know and chose to stay at. Call front desk = Go to front desk to request and receive provisions. Then get treatment as if I am disturbing the staff, vs them caring for guests. 2) noisy (freeway, road, parking lot, and other hotel guests). 3) night desk clerk, Che', was rude and not accommodating at all - as if I was bothering her vs her doing her job and helping the guests.
