The only complaint was the elevator was down when we got there but they had someone to take you up and down when you needed to use it. Just a small inconvenience. Next day it was working.

Not so accessible
I’m wheelchair bound & reserved an accessible rm. Although the room had a roll in shower, the rest of the room was NOT accessible. The room was overly crowded with furniture so I could not maneuver my wheelchair. The handheld shower head was mounted more than 6 ft off the ground (my husband had to stand on his tiptoes to be able to reach it - granted he is short (5’4”)). The bed was so high there was no easy, safe way to transfer me from my wheelchair to the bed. When I mentioned this to the staff at the front desk, they were quite argumentative and told me there was nothing they could do because the room requirements were hotel policy.
