The toilet ran you had to keep giggling the handle. The tub wouldn’t drain. No ice in the ice machine for the 4th floor. Elevator was scary and you could smell the remodeling being done on the 2nd floor. There was a dog barking across the hall. I texted the desk about the tub not draining and they didn’t seem to be helpful. Excuses…I checked in at 3:05 pm and checked out at 7:30 pm. My home in Council Bluffs has less problems than the hotel. I’m gonna spend the night at my sisters in her spare bedroom. Just wanted a room with no smell, no mess and where I could get some sleep. That motel was NOT IT.

Horrible hotel
It was filthy. The entire hotel had wires exposed. The carpet turned our socks black. There was food ans garbage inside our sofabed. They hadnt cleaned our room before. It was disgusting. We didnt unpack anything for fear of bed bugs....we were put in a jam and there for a concert everything else was sold out. It was the most unclean hotel i have ever stayed in on my 40 years on Earth. 0 out of 0 I would not recommend to anyone!

Yuck!
Patrons smoking at the entrance. Person at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. Room smelled bad. Condition of the furnishings was poor. Condition of the bathroom was poor.

When we got to the place we were told that there was a charge for my SERVICE DOG the lady refused to honor our reservation and we were left in a lurch after all day at the hospital were my partner had surgery I had to find another room for us which was not part of our plans after 4 more hours we finally got a room at another hotel that was almost as bad the property was nice but the desk clerk really really needs customer service training
