Walking my room was in front of the highway. The noise was terrible. Walking to my room all I can smell is marihuana and there was cops at night all over arresting a person in the building next to mine.

Can't beat the location. The rooms seem dated but the area is right on the main strip, walkable to most places or you can rent a scooter to get around! Would stay here again.

Our check-in process was a nightmare, taking 45 minutes. The lobby music kept cutting in and out, making the wait even more frustrating. When we finally got to our room, it wasn’t even ready—bed unmade, dirty towels in the bathroom, and an awful smell. After complaining, we were given another room, but the key didn’t work twice, forcing multiple trips to the front desk. The manager finally gave us an “upgraded” room, but it had a musty smell, and the bed creaked loudly with every movement. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing stay. Would not recommend.

Check in was a breeze thanks to Christina who was beyond friendly and welcoming. So was Jeffrey at the Bar and Grill. Our room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean, parking was safe, poolside was lovely and kept up really well - didn't see a single speck of trash anywhere on the grounds or hallway. It's an older resort, but you can't beat the service, price or location. We'll be back next year!

When I checked in, they sprung an $80 amenities (Pool and WiFi) fee. I couldn't opt out even though I didn't plan on using the pool or WiFi. I killed at least two cockroaches every day. The floor in my room has never been mopped. It was so dirty that my feet and socks would be black after walking around the room. The cleaning lady kept moving my toothbrush, so I requested that they don't service my room. I am never staying here again.
