Check-in was quick and there was plenty of parking. The room was impressive for the money. My wife and I enjoy walking and love how walkable everything is from this hotel. Downsides; the property is incredibly noisy. If it's not the pool, it's other guests that slam doors and stand against the railings in front of the room talking at all hours of the night. The woman to our right had at least four kids with her and she conveniently yelled down to them while they were in the jacuzzi and she stood against the railing smoking her blunt. The couple to our left leaned against the railing from 1 am - 7 am drinking and talking as if they were trying to talk over the music in a nightclub. Another downsize was that the ice and vending machines are located on every other floor. This is a big inconvenience when you consider that there's only 1 elevator per building. As much as my wife and I loved the room and how walkable everything is from Avanti, the noise will stop us from returning.

Exelente hotel solo mejorar un poco.
El hotel está completamente recién remodelado. La ubicación exelente y los cuartos están remodelando. El único problema es que la que limpia te recoje la cama y te pone toalla limpias. Pero usan un mapo para el area del baño que tiene pelo y las paredes del baños también había pelos negro y en las sábanas también. Pedimos que nos limpiaran el cuarto. Cuando regresamos lo mismo, pelos negros en las sábanas y en el baño. Mi esposa tiene el pelo color rojo. Que se notaba la diferencia y fueron 7 noches.Tambien no barren porque había un papel color rojo en la esquina de la cama y estuvo toda mi estancia hay. Nadie lo recojio. Le tome foto. Tiene que tener más personal que hable español. Denny casi saliendo de su turno me recibió mi check-in. Porque no había más nadie que hablara español.Denny tiene 5 estrella. También los muchachos de la cocina. Muy agradable gracias al señor cesar y su equipo de trabajo. Muy buen trato y la que me prepara el cafecito maggi y victoria y Anthonio. Tremendo equipo de trabajo. El personal de mantenimiento debe tener un régimen más estricto en cuantitos a los utensilios para su limpieza por lo demás la estancia fue de nuestro agrado volvemos muy pronto. Primero gracias a denny sin él mi opinión hubiera sido diferente. Gracias a cesar,Maggy,Antonio,Victoria excelente equipo de trabajo en la cocina.

The hotel stay was average. I made an error with booking and thought I was staying at the hotel Palms instead of the international Avanti property. There was no shuttle service to the attractions when we needed it

It was a great Stay!! We stayed for 7 days. House keeping was everyday!! Front desk was a little slow to checkin, the pool was clean. Resort fee is kind of a stretch cause TV barely had channels we used our laptop to watch stuff, the shower was missing a door Pool access should be all night as well

Great location & price
I rated this hotel with 4 out of 5. Because the location was great. The refurbishment done the hotel looked very modern. The rooms were great and spacious, and it was close to everything. It had all you needed for the price. The reason I didn't give it the additional star was because we were staying in room 4205 and the lock did not work every night that we came back. We had to look for a maintenance guy around resort, track him down and get him to come back to our room and try to unlock our doors. We then we had to wait on him to go get a blow dryer. To warm up the lock to let us get in. The maintenance worker told us that in Orlando, it gets cold and the lock freezes up. I don't believe that because this is Florida, and it was seventy degrees outside.
