Loved the cleanliness but parking is TERRIBLE! Why require you to go back to your vehicle to pit in a piece of paper inside. Just ask for vehicle information and have a list for security.

It took over one hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up that after two calls to the hotel the first call was 2210 second call was at 2241 driver didn’t show up until 2330 and he not very helpful at All I had stand out side to wait and the temperature was 40 degrees me not happy at all.

Fantastic hotel in Orlando! We were so impressed with how clean it was and how modern it was on the inside! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else staying near the airport for the night!
