Awesome water park
The water park was amazing g and the highlight of the trip! The rooms ion the other hand need a complete overhaul. The rooms are damp and smelly. The bathroom fan didn’t really work causing a lot of steam during a shower which is probably what causing so much dampness in the room. Other than that it was a great stay, great service

The room was pretty run down. We had holes in our walls and some lights that didn’t work. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel and that was amazing! The kids loved the different slides, foam party, and arcade. Also having a Starbucks and laundry room on the facility was very convenient. Overall it was a good experience and for the price we would def consider booking here again.

Place is fantastic and the girl Julissa that checked us in was Wonderful. The place went over and above for us because of a minor issue of not having a microwave in room last time. I did not even bring it up, She saw that and called the room and offered to have one delivered to us ASAP. We didn't need it but the thought and the fact they remembered from last visit in top notch service. Also followed up with us after Check out to make sure we were happy. Great place and people.

Coco Key resort has been around for a long time and it shows. The rooms are dated, broken blinds, rusted pipes and roaches. It is obvious they prioritize their water park upgrades over the room renovation. The staff is absolutely amazing and very accommodating given the circumstances. A huge THANK YOU to Steven, he was absolutely amazing. He was patient and kind when I needed some assistance moving rooms. Kudos to Colin for being a listening ear and a problem solver! Saphon (sp?) my Jamaican friend from the front desk, thank you for your hospitality. Like I said before, the staff is an absolute joy and for that I would return with my family. BUT PLEASE COCO KEY, UPGRADE YOUR ROOMS! THE ROOMS ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY I SPENT!!
