Paper Thin Walls

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, however the walls are paper thin. We could hear the people in the room next to us even though they were not loud, at all. We could hear every sniffle, every bathroom trip (and i mean EVERYTHING) and even the curtains opening or closing. And don't waste your money or time on their breakfast buffet. The quality and options were worse than what other hotel chains give you for free.

The room is clean and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, and they also provide shuttle services to nearby attractions. The surroundings are great for walking and exploring. Jose at the reception is very friendly and helpful, but the other staff members are not as welcoming or approachable. They seem unaware of details such as why the amount placed on hold is double the actual charge.

Nothing was unique. I feel this property can be compare to a motel. This is ruining Chain hotel name Marriott. They provided stained dirty comforter. Despite several request they didn’t change it. This is so disgusting that my kids didn’t even used it. Also I found dirty plate (not properly cleaned) in breakfast area plate pile. I will never stay in this hotel in my life again.

We stayed two nights and it was a decent experience. The front desk was not very responsive, upon getting into our room we tried to call them multiple times and they never picked up, and I had to go down to speak to them again. There were also ants in our room, not sure if this is just a Florida thing or there was something to be done about it but at this point we were so tired we didnt say anything.

Satisfying Disney neighbor hotel

Quick stay for a visit to Disney Springs. Love that they offer a shuttle to Disney properties but know that the service only runs once daily so you’ll need to plan accordingly.

I booked this hotel because they advertised the shuttle service to the Disney parks . The shuttle service is terrible . Very limited , inconvenient times . We didn’t use it once .

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
High price for a hotel like this. Room was descent but not worth the price. Was unable to speak to housekeeping in English. Unfortunately not a single person spoke any English at all. Asked for something and each time was given wrong things. Front desk staff was nice and pleasant however I waited an extra 45 mins for my room that was already ready but the receptionist forgot about me although I was standing in front of them the whole time and left because his shift ended and did not tell the new staff I was there
