There was a roach in the refrigerator and was told housekeeping would come clean the room and they never came. I spoke with a manager & she stated it would be some compensation and that wasn’t true either

This property is OK. The beds were comfy. They’re small restaurant and a little café like Starbucks. The breakfast is not great. I wouldn’t spend $18 on it although you do get a $10 card per day to use. The staff was overwhelmed and nobody ever answered the guest services phone in the three days that I was there. The doors were not closing or locking properly. They were all getting stuck. The shuttle is literally once a day.

Stayed 4 nights and housekeeping was terrible. No new towels, wastebaskets taken, tissue box also taken and trash left behind. Room was ok but futon bed is just a foam piece. 1 out of 2 remotes worked for tvs. Cafe had only one person working every morning and was always a long wait. Bar staff never around to order had to wait a long time to get served. Would NOT come back.

Hotel close to the park and restaurant. Bathroom floor is very slippery for the kids to shower. Every morning they will clean you room and took all the towel that we hang( we planning to use for the rest our stay) but didnt give anew one. Over all is good

This was a wonderful hotel. I will definitely stay again. I come down to Orlando quite often at least three times a year. my dislike about the hotel is there’s no parking for a guest to come over. I had a friend that lives in Orlando stop by to say hi and hang out a little and he had to park in the mall parking lot across. Very disappointing besides that it was wonderful all your staff is so friendly.

I am not sure if I want to stay with your company anymore, definitely not this location. However, we feel that you are a great company. You have been our choice, we do not even compare with others, go straight to you even when we go through Expedia, which you definitely penalize us for going through a third party. We trade on Amazon, and do suffer from the platform's fees, I am sure we pay more to Amazon that you pay to Expedia, and we do not penalize our buyers. Earlier, we stayed with you in DC area, they gave my cousin free water, and we did not get any, we were told because we went through Expedia!!! And yesterday they added charges that we were not told about before. No lobby! Monetizing space and the air we breathe in this location lol. Only if it hasn't been for your great staff and happy faces... Starbucks is complicit in donating to and supporting genocide. You do not know how upsetting and feeling stuck when we're a captive audience to a Starbucks inside our Hotel, I am paying money not to contribute in Starbucks's CEO's political views, spare us and fire them. We found cockroach in the kitchen cabinet they change the room but either the other room was not what I was expecting the handle of the shower was coming off , the shower head also was loose seems that the bulging needs maintenance.. I was really surprise as this is not the fist time I stay in a courtyard Marriott. Also here you need to pay parking $25 each night and it’s self parking so don’t understand in the other properties never pay. The location is great as is close to everything but need to invest in fixing things.
