You know you check in could you see in the brochure the fabulous pool and then you get there? The pool is closed then they weren’t very friendly on the check-in. Also, I hate when you book and then they charge you $25 to park your car there and did have a slight problem in the elevator

Excellent location for the Disney parks and Universal. Safe neighborhood and family friendly hotel with fully stocked kitchen for cooking.

A great property with lots to do. The rooms were clean and well setup in the kitchen. A small cleanliness issue was quickly resolved. The water slides were a hit but could use some upkeep. Nothing major but just some closed or worn parts. Staff was friendly and the location was great. Overall we’d come back and enjoyed the stay.

Stayed at grove before this for a similar price, felt like Marriott was far superior for a family - heated pools with activities, clean serviced rooms that were fully equipped, free parking. Great place to stay with kids especially when needing multiple bedrooms and laundry facilities/kitchen

Beautiful property with great pools for children. We loved all the planned kids activities and the friendly resort staff. Rooms were well laid out and spacious. We found drinks and food were very overpriced.
