Our condo was clean and roomy. We had plenty of space for all of us. The restaurant was good. We enjoyed the pool and it was very close to Disney and the 192 corridor with lots of restaurants and shopping.

I was expecting a Hilton Hotel. This was an apartment complex. The concierge and reservation building was more than a mile from the apartment they put me in and was not an easy process. I was uncomfortable with this. The elevator and hallways to the apartment were dingy and dirty. The apartment was clean but the carpet looked.

The Tv remote was not user-friendly as there are no numbers on it that granted my wife and I direct access to our perferred channels and the tv guide channel was not easily found. We anticipate returning but we would appreciate if our noted concern could be address.

We booked the property for occupancy of four. Booked queen suit with sofa bed. However, the bed seems like twin. Also the bathroom had only one sink. No soaps were provided in the bathroom. Our request for soaps to the front desk was also ignored! Though the property was cleanly maintained I am not happy with the space and amenities. Is this because we booked through Expedia?
