The biggest problem that I had was the fact that they waited until after 3:00 to do a shift change and made everybody sit in the lobby and wait until they were done now in my opinion it should have started at 2:30 to be done by 3:00 so that everybody could be able to get into their rooms and do what they needed to do before the evening comes up also I really think that you need to have a talk with your employees about let's just say making fun of guests who were upset that they had to wait nobody likes being made fun of and watching people laugh at them

Front desk staff was excellent and greatly enhanced my stay! The property is under renovation which is much needed- in particular, in the room the bedroom portion looks nice but the bathroom has missing drain plugs and generally looks run down, but it’s a good value place to stay with great proximity to the Convention Center and Theme O Parks.

Didn't like it there was no participating services for where information of restaurants and theme parks. Maintenance worked from 8:00 in the morning till 9:00 at night and all I heard was drill and bang which was very annoying and did not get any sleep whatsoever. When you ask a question it was very vague and they weren't very helpful and no one spoke any English. Housekeeping never came by sent to any garbage or ask if we needed anything.

Great location near icon park but you get what you pay for. It's motel style but inside a gated area so I felt safe. There were some issues when I was checking in though because their systems were down so I had to wait an hour in the lobby and they weren't very good about communicating to me what was happening. The staff seem to primarily speak Spanish so I would recommend knowing Spanish if you go here or maybe get a translator app ready. When they were finally able to check me in my door wouldn't open: I'm guessing the battery in the door lock died so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to trial and error that then decide to put me into a different room instead. So that was frustrating but it is what it is. The shower wasn't great: not a lot of pressure and had a drainage issue. The window/door side wasn't very sound proofed so I could hear traffic outside. The TV turned itself on in the middle of the night one night which was odd. Mainly I was staying here for the location though and that it delivers on.

We couldn’t sleep well. It was too close to the highway, too much noise from the street, it doesn’t have special windows for the noise, and also the AC unit it was too old and made too much noise every time it runs. So disappointed.
