Great hotel, but the breakfast is terrible and only one handicap parking spot in the back of the hotel which was used by a hotel worker. I was very difficult for the handicap individual in my party to always having to be dropped off and picked up in different spots

Very convenient location, right next to Aquatica and Seaworld. CVS which is open 24/7 is close by. The room we got was big enough for 4( 2 adults and 2 kids) but the kitchen appliances are old. The lighting inside the room is poor and not bright enough. The carpet is bit old and had lots of stains. The bathroom and toilet are not spacious enough.

Bad check in

We had check in at 4 and got there at 6 as we were traveling for the holidays to see family. We got there at 6:15 and room was not ready, so we went on over to Sea world and had to stop in and get keys later and unpack later. With 3 children that had been on the road for 8 hours and trying to unload and get ready for bed was much harder. When I asked for extended checkout due to check no. You pay for a night 20 hours we were there 16 maybe.
