TIME SHARE SCAM LOOK ELSEWHERE

Terrible, could not get WIFI connection and NO ONE CARED. Shower door DIRTY, not housekeeping fault needs repair or replace caulk. People talking outside very late. AM FIRE ALARM !they said it malfunctioned. Didn't appreciate attempt to SELL ME A TIME SHARE. Would not have booked had I known.

I was in a recently renovated studio for three nights. The room was beautiful! It was very clean, the bathroom was amazing, especially the shower, and it was very spacious. Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. We usually stay on Disney property but will definitely stay here again.

TIMESHARE

This is a timeshare location, and they WILL try to Get you. HOWEVER, if you have half a brain you’ll simply be polite to the pitcher, eat your basic breakfast, and REFUSE. You get 150 bucks just for sitting down and being nice for an hour. They make it sound VERY reasonable but I know you can be strong. The one bedroom villa was clean and beautiful, the grounds themselves are immaculate and adorable, I loved seeing giant chess by the pool. Short ppl like me should request a step stool to get on the bed, it was QUITE tall. The jet tub was yucky but all jet tubs are yucky so I don’t hold that against them. Never use a jet tub.

The area was clean and convenient to the event we were in town for. The issue was that there was no way to control the A/C for the room. We were told that the controls were in the next room and that they couldn't bother the people staying there. Our room was so hot that we had to sleep with the balcony doors open and listen to the traffic all night. We told the front desk of the issue and they sent someone who basically said that there was nothing he could do. The second day it was corrected for a part of the day, but it went back to 'Heat' mode and the room became too hot again. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that there was no control in the room.
