Mixed feelings
Good modern hotel in the heart of all the shopping and restaurant area. Staff were efficient and helpful. BUT: on level 8 we were kept awake (Fri 22/11/24) by hoons and particularly loud jackhammer construction noise until @ midnight. Also the breakfast buffet was 2nd rate for the price. Could only get fried eggs??

First time stay at Cross Hotel
Close to the busy shopping streets of shinsaibashi . A plus point when it comes to shopping and getting back to hotel. Would be helpful to know the exit C24 from Namba Station.

Everything is excellent but the room has a very limited storage. There is a very small wardrobe and that’s all. You live out of your suitcase. The location is perfect. In the heart of the city with very good connections to Nara Kyoto Kobe historical place and both stations

Great Location and Service We stayed at Cross Hotel Osaka in mid-November 2024 and had an overall positive experience. The hotel's location is unbeatable and easy to get around - just a 2-minute walk to Dotonbori. There's also a 7-Eleven downstairs and we didn't need to rely much on public transportation for our itinerary, which added to the overall convenience. However, being so close to Dotonbori comes with its downsides. The area can be quite lively, especially at night, and we could hear cars or bikes revving outside from our room which made it a little noisy. Note: We were staying on the highest floor, window facing away from Dotonbori. If you're sensitive to noise, this could be a factor to consider. On the up side, the hotel staff were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. As we shipped our luggage during our trip in Japan, they assisted us with receiving our luggage prior to check-in and sending our luggage to our next destination. As for cleanliness, my wife and I are particularly sensitive when it comes to hygiene, and while the room was generally clean, she did notice a slight odour near the WC. It wasn't a major issue or deal breaker, but worth mentioning for those similar to us. In summary, Cross Hotel Osaka is a great choice for anyone seeking convenience and great service. However, if you're sensitive to noise and particular about cleanliness, its something to consider. That being said, I'd consider staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location to Dotonbori and the metro. The hotel staff was hospitable and friendly. There was road construction in front of the hotel and they worked during the night. The hotel staff tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible by providing ear plugs. So thoughtful! Breakfast was good, a lot of variety. Comfortable beds and very nice bathroom.

Great location, large rooms and very efficient
Great location if you want to be in the heart of the city. Perfect for shopping, restaurants etc. Large hotel but breakfast was good and use of complimentary lounge was worth the extra as it was a quiet area with beer, cava, non alcoholic drinks and light snacks from 3-10pm. You need a rest after walking the city.

Cross Hotel Osaka was one of the highlights of our trip in Japan. Easy access to transportation, right next to Dotonburi, and very nice rooms. Best buffet breakfast we had in Japan as well. Highly recommend staying here.
