It was okay
Its a great place to stay, close by to tsutenkaku tower. Front desk is very friendly. Includes variety of amenities for free. The only thing I would say is the rooms are very small. Its included with a small fridge as well. There is a smell that is similar to mold that comes from the sink.

We booked a premium twin room which said would fit 4 people. Room had two single beds and could only realistically fit two. Reported to staff and they did nothing except suggest we push the two singles together. Should not have been able to book this for 4 people and some attempt to help us out in some way by the staff would have been appreciated.

This hotel does not have laundry machine, you need to go to the other FP hotel about 5 minutes walk. Price is good, staff is good close with transportation JR and subway. Pity the area around is very dirty, so many homeless and it is not a family friendly area specially at night time. A lot of pachinko centre around it.

Aircon filter.
Aircon filter wasnt got cleaned for ages. Bad air quality and not cold at all. Finally I need to clean it by myself and started to feel the air. otherwise, average is good. Consiege was helpful. And they send a helpful staff over to fix the overheat toilet seat swiftly, quick response, and super helpful.
