The hotel room was clean but outdated. The items inside the room were good. It would be great if there were also English breakfast tea bags as well. The sheets looked clean and crisp. I wish there were more English language channels on TV. Not sure why during checkin the hotel got a copy of our passports? Never had that anywhere else that I had stayed before.

The location was very convenient. It's right at Tennoji Station where you can easily access the subway, JR and Kintetsu lines. The pay gate of the subway was just outside the hotel exit at the basement level. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that anyone could easily come up to your floor by taking the elevator without going through the hotel lobby.

Great access to transportation but A/C didn’t work
We stayed in the quadruple family room during spring break and was perfect size for 4 adults. Like other reviews - pros of location and access to many stations/trains (JR and Metro) is a huge plus. There are many shopping and dining options within walking distance including Ichiran and a Don Quijote. The room had 4 full size beds which was better than a twin size. Biggest CON-the air conditioning only blew out hot air. When I talked to the front desk they explained because it was cold outside the air inside was only heat. They did offer a medium size oscillating fan which helped cool the room down. Opening the window was only for emergencies. I would still recommend because of the easy transportation access. Just fair warning about the A/C - you might want to contact the hotel ahead of time.

Great value. Quiet and clean. Conveniently across the street from Tennoji station. Rooms are quite large vs. nearby hotels though a bit dated. The nightly rate was very good. Will stay there again without hesitation.

Time for a update.
The hotel is very close to the train station. Can get there without going outside. A sushiro in the building and attched to a mall. Lots of food a shopping options near by. It is time for a update. Has that 80's style. Room was clean for the age. Toilet flushing was difficult some times as you have to use a big lever on the wall. Had to hold it for quite a while in order for it to flush.

The hotel is located next to Tennoji Station and near 2 big shopping malls. Parking at the hotel was full so we had to park at the shopping mall next to it and we paid more than double the amount for parking at the hotel

Room size is big, it has the room option of 3 single beds, price is reasonable. Next to Kintetsu Rail Station, opposite the JR Tennoji Station and Osaka Metro (underground train) Tennoji Station. Close to big shopping malls (MIO, Q Mall) and department stores (Kintetsu and Ito Yakado).
