stayed at their premier floor. enjoyed my stay very much. only disappointment is my room next door is under contruction which is inevitable; noise from the work starts from morning to evening. enjoy the vast buffet breakfast and happy hours. location is also easy access to metro and eateries. take their preimier floor package; you wouldnt regret. room is spacious and bed is comfortable. basic toilets is available in the room. additional toiletries are available at the lobby for self service. smoking room at 2nd floor. TV channels only has local channels. cafe at lobby is excellent; vast and delicius offers. Wifi is strong. will stay again.

We really liked this hotel. As a family of 4, we booked 2 rooms. The ones we had were on the smaller side, so we were happy we had both. The bathrooms were nice, very clean, and a good amount of included amenities. The location was convenient since there's a train station below the hotel. The one downside was that the hotel is at a busy intersection, so during the day we could hear all the traffic, motorcycles, sirens, and crosswalk beeping. It was still quiet at night though. A nice bonus was the bakery café next to the lobby. The pastries and coffee were delicious!

Great location just above a subway station with lovely staff. Proximate to a supermarket and convenience store for easy food options. Short subway rides to main areas of Osaka. Great sized room also.

I had a wonderful stay at the Premier Hotel Cabin President in Osaka! One of the standout benefits is its unbeatable location—being directly above a subway station made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The area also offers an abundance of delicious food options just steps from the hotel, making it a foodie’s paradise. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return here for my next visit to Osaka!

First time staying there and it will not be the last time. We initially booked for 5 nights and then move to Kyoto. However due to the extremely hot temperature, we decided to stay in Osaka shopping and cancel the trip to kyoto temples etc. so we tried to rebook for another 5 nights and the staff was very helpful to find 2 rooms next to each other. The breakfast was the highlight of our trip. The kids enjoyed the variety of the choices. Even now, back to Canada, we kept talking about how much we miss the hotel breakfast and we must go again. Although the staffs are not very fluent in English, but they are very willing to help. One thing to note that I don’t know how many times I feel so grateful about it. The day we left, my husband forgot his 3000$ camera in the laundry room when he went to get some ice. He didn’t noticed until when we were waiting for the Shinkansen to go Tokyo. The worst is he didn’t even remember where he left, the room, the lobby? He has no clue. While in the train he called the hotel and they said they found the camera and will ship to our hotel in Tokyo! We received the camera within 2 days, very carefully bubble wrapped in multiple layers. I can tell you that if it happened in Canada or USA, for sure the camera is gone! Thank you Premier Cabin President Osaka! We can’t wait to come back to your hotel again! 😊

The service is excellent. Even we chose not to clean the room, they have left a set of clean towels and water for us. Good location, just beside the tube station. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We definitely want to stay here again for our next trip back to Osaka! The staff were friendly and very helpful. There were many amenities available in case we forgot anything, and the room was more spacious than we thought it’d be. It’s also right next to a station exit so if you don’t mind hauling luggage up a couple flights of stairs, the hotel is right there. There’s also an elevator at a different exit. I went with my partner and his parents and we all agree we would want to stay here again!

Wonderful hotel in Osaka with great location
This hotel was one of our favourite places to stay - not just in Japan but compared to North America and Europe as well. The customer service was excellent and amenities were wonderful. Recommend selecting the Premier floor with breakfast even if it costs a little more because having access to the lounge for a break from sightseeing is worth it. Location is amazing - right beside a metro station and 24-hour supermarket. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to Osaka.
