Reception team dropped the ball & filthy bathroom
I called in advance to request connecting rooms and a travel cot for my daughter. On arrival they told me I had only one room in my booking and I had to go back to my invoice to prove them wrong. Then they gave us separate rooms and there were no cots in either of them. The bathroom in our room was dirty, with track marks all over the floor. I'm never coming here again.

I asked for luggage storage before check-in time and when I arrived my room was ready about 2 hrs before check-in. Front desk staff was helpful. I needed cultlery and some plates and he was very happy to provide them. Enjoyable one night stay

Nice clean/quiet hotel, with breakfast included in price. Close to park and ride and a few miles from Oxford with usual amenities like excellent bars and resteraunts and high street favourites like Greggs. What’s not to like

Property was nice, we stayed as a family of 3, this made the room v small with the sofabed. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the breakfast choice was great - something for everyone. The cramped feeling in thrbroom wasnt really an issue for us as we were only in room at night, but for others, esp with more than 1 child may find it cramped. The only downside was the shops/eateries next door, we went for a walk around the retail park in the morning and there was broken glass beer bottles all over the pavement both mornings (the same glass, so not cleqned up). I know this isnt the hotels responsibility but it detracts from where they are. Would recommend the hotel and will ise again if nearby.

Nice clean hotel. Complimentary breakfast great with all buffet style components. Only disappointment was the bar. £24 for two Beefeater gin & tonics. Could have had two bottles for that price!

Great!!
We stayed for one night only and enjoyed it very much. The staff were very pleasant and professional. We arrived at the hotel quite early well before official check-in and our room was ready which was a bonus. The room was not huge, but clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and bathroom nice size and also clean. Very happy ...would highly recommend.
