Rooms size excellent; bathroom wasn’t stocked towels or toilet paper. Asked for towels and housekeeping didn’t understand
Told me to bring them my dirty towels and she would give me clean towels. She didn’t understand that we had five people and one towel. I persisted until She finally gave me four clean towels, but scowled and was not happy.

It was a cool place to stay, unfortunately it seemed like it wasn't totally ready to be opened... kinda like if we came during tourist season there would have been more available. But it was great for the cost.

We had 3 adults and 2 children. We thought it was going to be great b cause it said it slept 7. There were 2 triple bunk beds and two full beds. There were only 2 blankets in the room. When we asked for more blankets they told us that house keeping was gone and there was nothing they can do. Then on top of all that the place was very dirty. Stains on almost all sheets and every bed. Couple of the bunks looked like dripped salsa or something. Not sure what it was to be honest. There were dirty foot prints and even two foot prints where it looked like someone gave themselves a spray tan or something. The freezer in the mini fridge looked like a softdrink exploded and leaked all over the place. I would never stay there again and honestly probably never at a travel lodge or possibly a Wyndham hotel at all. It’s not my first Wyndham experience that was bad but definitely the absolute worst hotel experience ever for sure.
Didnt really care much of anything.no table and chairs in the room. No where to sit outside, pool is two buildings over. The chairs by the pool were old and ugly.it was pretty dirty inside and outside the exercise room was disgusting.
Just away from the main traffic spots but still close.

Resort fee without the amenities and rude staff
So you pay extra when you get to the hotel for resort fees which include the pool and gym but one pool was dirty/unusable and the other one was completely drained. The gym was closed the entire time and looked empty with no equipment in it. The hurricane was several weeks ago so the pools should have been cleaned and repaired by now or at least mentioned on the website or at check in that the amenities are closed. The lady behind the counter was completely uninthusiastic and was looking at her cell phone when she talked to you. The maid yelled at my 79 yr old mother-in-law when she heard a couple bangs on the door and went to see what it was, the maid hit the door with a mop handle while mopping the hallway and she yelled "Ain't nobody knocking at your door lady!" While we were there the janky elevator broke down and someone got trapped in it. No tables, chairs, couch or comforts of a room in the room just beds, a tv and a dresser. Sit and eat on your bed I guess.
The staff was amazing! Very friendly & helpful. But, neither of the pools were open, the game room & snack area was also closed.
Great room, but needed a table and chairs.
Wonderful stay for the price & Would def stay again but amenities need work.
I don’t know where to start. Our room floors were so filthy that you could see footprints of clean on the floor where someone walked with wet feet. The pool, basketball court, and game room are all closed. There were no towels in our room and when we asked at the front desk we were met with serious attitude. We were told the hotel has no towels and when they get delivered they would bring them up. We didn’t get towels until almost 10 o’clock at night. The only positive I will give is the proximity to the beach. The smell of marijuana was so pungent it woke me from a dead sleep. I have no desire to stay here ever. Run.

Huge room for 4 ppl. Could accommodate another 4 ppl...... 2 double beds & 2 triple decker beds. Bathroom has 2 shower & 2 toilets & a handicap/private shower & toilet room. A closet room for luggage or whatever. There is a microwave & coffee maker. A flat screened TV is hung on the wall above a long dresser. No chairs to sit. The floors are hard concrete & quite dirty. Good AC unit. Stayed for 8D/7N. No housekeeping offered unless requested at reception. Had to ask for fresh towels & linens which were given with ease. Overall stays were pleasant. Parking were plentiful. Definitely will stay again. Location was very convenient to the Pier Park to fish & walking distance to public beach.
It was not clear at all that these accommodations were set up for camp outings rather than a stay by a traveler. The room was more like a large prison dorm cell than a typical hotel room. Not even a chair in the large room that had lots of space for one or more. Very cold, concrete floors. When the shower water temperature maxed at barely luke warm (cold to the touch), I'd had enough and cut my stay short. For the discomfort and stress it caused me, I think a total refund would be too little. I'd never think of staying there again, and will avoid anything with the name Wyndham attached from now on.
The place was no other word but horrific. The room's floor was filthy. I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. I even wore flip-flops in the shower. The place used to be a camp retreat, which still looks like it. There is no full-size mirror in the whole room. The only mirror is in the bathroom, and it's mounted high up, so you can only see your face and shoulders. My room was not cleaned, and I was told at the front desk that I had to request that on day two. Nowhere in their advertising or two-page handout was any such thing. To get fresh towels, I had to drag the ones I had into the lobby to get new ones. The woman at the desk in the afternoon was also unpleasant. The coffee shop advertised located in the lobby was not open for the three days; it looked like it was closed for a while. I had to pay a resort fee which is absolutely ridiculous. The pool was filthy, and the lounge chairs were broken, old, and disgusting. The grounds look abandoned. But I guess you get what you paid for. The only plus is across the street from the beach, no, it's not on the beach. This place needs a whole renovation; spend a few more bucks and stay elsewhere.
