The front desk and manager were horrible. Our credit card had been recently updated. I had called the hotel to update our card info. We showed up and our second room had been cancelled. When I spoke with the hotel to update our card info I confirmed I wanted to keep both rooms. Instead of helping us resolve the issue the manager told us to cancel our bookings and find another hotel. She actually shouted at least 5 times "your credit card was declined". There were several people in the lobby. It was embarrassing. We had to rebook the second room, but only 1 night was available (but we were actually charged for 2 nights - which the hotel corrected after a phone call). We still were charged the cancellation fee (we hope to resolve this soon).

The person at the front desk at the check in never mentioned that we had to pay to park they don’t even have a private parking lot any one can park in there was people just taking advantage of this hotel we thought it was very low down on the parking fee it was also a chore to even get a wake up call the person on the over night shift had to party with the other people that was not staying at the hotel Just saying It’s going to be a long long time before we go back there again think twice before you book this hotel 😳🤔

Room 412 has an issue with a broken bed. Literally keeps you up with every move. We were in 312 and endured 5 nights
