Nice place. Overall happy with our choice. Would stay again. Two issues- took 3 tries to get housekeeping service our room properly. First day- not serviced. Second day- had to be reminded again, but forgot to replenish coffee 😕 Third day- very late but completed correctly. After that- no issues. Second issue- ridiculously loud wedding at night right outside our room in the clearing/lounge area for guests. Way too loud and no warning from the hotel. Quite a surprise when arrived after a long day of sightseeing and dinner. Would still recommend

Undiscovered gem in such a convenient location! Enjoyed the tennis courts, many pools, and delicious Thanksgiving lunch. Very friendly staff and attentive.

We arrived at the property after midnight due to a late flight, and the staff checked us in promptly and advised us that she would upgrade us to a bigger suite but we got what we had already paid for so we didn’t see no upgrade. The suite was a decent size but outdated The bed was a little uncomfortable and pillows too hard. The property is a good size to walk around and well maintained including the pools. I wish the restaurants had better food choices. All in all it was a good stay.

Dimly lit room, dusty shelves outside the bathroom. One of the towels was dirty with somebody’s hair. Window shade was broken so not fully closed. The only good thing was the shower and bathroom space.

While we love the space and the casitas the place is dated. Bed and pillows felt ancient. Found a dead cockroach in our bathroom upon arrival. Water leaks all over the property. They said they are doing a remodel next year and it is clear they aren't doing anything to keep up until then. If that is the case they should be heavily discounting rooms...

For a person who enjoys weight training the fitness center is outstanding. When I travel I struggle to find a hotel with a fitness center that I can use. I was able to get in all of my workouts with no issue.
