We lost water during our stay. We got shuffled around the resort and then put in a much smaller room. We had to move all our stuff across the complex to a very small awkward room. Despite staying at the resort numerous times previously, When we try to seek alternative rooms we were told sorry your out of luck.

Massive property in the heart of Scottsdale. Great location for all the local food and shopping. Huge main area pool with a few smaller private pools. Bar and restaurant by pool is very convenient. Will definitely come back.
