"Fabulous stay at the Royal Continental. Everyone was gracious and attentive. Extra praise to Emmanuel at the breakfast. He was attentive and remembered orders. A definite asset to the team. Also to the front desk staff whom ensured that a special birthday surprise was in our room when we arrived back that evening. Your thoughtfulness will always be remembered. "

"There is a grocery store right across the street and a pizzeria "attached" to the hotel. We had to go to a pharmacy and it was only 8 minutes away, a quick walk. The continental breakfast was good, croissants, juice, coffee, fruit, and pastries provided. There were also cold cuts that we didn't try but others were eating. There is a mini bar in the room but we didn't open it for fear of getting charged lol. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The smart TV was great so that we could log in the various apps on our own account to watch (Netflix, Disney, Amazon). Our checkin/check out was smooth. I would stay here again."

"While I did not have a mainly negative experience, I found there to be a couple of issues that impacted on my stay. The facilities from what I experienced would make the hotel more of a 3 star than 4, I found the interior to be a little tired. The lack of immediate easy public transport meant several long walks to the train station which is 30 min walk away including twice with luggage which was not fun in mid 20 degree weather. Otherwise I found the staff to be helpful and there to be a good selection available for the breakfast and If you would like to be near the Napoli football stadium the location is pretty perfect "
