I liked my over all stay at the Le Cardinal. The staff were kind, friendly and helped me with my all of my concerns. The hotel is near metro and it was so convenient to commute. I also liked that there were variety of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. My only wish was that the shower had a sliding door instead. :)

I stayed with a friend for just over 3 weeks when volunteering for the Paralympic Games, we both felt that in choosing the Hotel le Cardinal we couldn't have done better. The staff gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful throughout our stay, responding quickly to any queries, and ensuring beforehand that we had the right type of room for us. The room was not huge, but was well equipped and comfortable, and had a little balcony with table and chairs looking out onto the street. It was very useful to have a mini fridge in the room and a safe. The location is great, the street is quiet but there are plenty of places to eat and socialise close by, and easy metro links to other parts of the city. We didn't take up the breakfast option due to our volunteer hours, so can't comment on that, but there is a great boulangerie just opposite. Am hoping to return again later in the year with my husband so we can have a Paris mini break together, it is a given that we will be staying at Hotel le Cardinal !

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Cardinal. Really liked the location, it's easy to get around. Lots of Restaurants and Cafes close by. It's walking distance to Montmartre and 20 mins on the Metro into the centre. Rooms were clean and hotel staff very helpful. There were some nice touches such as coffee machine. We didn't try the breakfast since they were so many options close by. Rooms were reasonable sized and it's a clean and safe locality.

Location is amazing and very close to many attractions and a metro station. Very safe and beautiful neighborhood. Staff was super especially Malak who went out of her way to help us out with a smile on her face.

I Stayed in this hotel a few times. The area is great close to the metro station. I booked a single room and thought the single room had a queen bed. but it had a small tiny single bed. I asked the manager to change my room, I am a regular customer and she told me if I pay the difference she can change my room. I didn't pay the difference and even tho she had a room available, she didn't upgrade my room. I would never go back to this hotel.

Lovely little hotel in the 9th Arr. the staff were very helpful and kind of my beginning French, the breakfast was great, the location absolutely brilliant. Just a very tiny little room is why I give it 4 instead of 5 stars - but very clean. I would stay there again in a heart beat!

Great boutique hotel that’s in a quiet area but only minutes away from major metro stations and busy areas with great restaurants like pigalle, opera, and montmartre. Room was clean and modern and staff were very helpful and welcoming!

Quaint boutique hotel on a quiet street and very close to the Place de Clichy metro. There are lots of nearby restaurants and a really good bakery on the corner. The front desk staff was also very helpful in recommending local attractions. Highly recommended.
