Nice bright modern hotel. Close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, 5 minutes walk to Chateau d'Eau metro. Good breakfast selection, friendly staff.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and friendly. The location was good compared to many site seeing places in and around the area. I felt taken care of and very safe there. Will stay again in future Paris trips.

This was my second time visiting Paris with ny hubby, and most of hotel rooms in Paris are very small. However, Le Grand room was very spacious, we brought 3 luggages and the space was sufficient for us to have them all opened. Also, shower room was very spacious too, I call it shower room because for some reason, toilet was in a separate room from the shower—which we got used to it right away. Bathroom definitely had some odor, but that’s probably because plumbing in Paris is old so I wouldn’t blame the hotel. Also, the neighborhood was pretty convenient from Metro and had lots of local restaurants as well as supermarkets. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Oh also, the hotel had umbrellas available by entrance door for everyone who stays at the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend here!

Loved the hotel experience, large rooms, nice tub/shower combo, updated fixtures, lighting was tasteful, quiet and secure building. Easy access and close proximity to both train stations. Only cons were the cigarette smoke coming in the window from the centre courtyard and the hotel restaurant being closed 2 days a week. Would recommend!

It’s my second time staying at Le Grand Quartier. It’s conveniently close to metro stations of Line 4 and 5, and the major station République is only 8mins walk away. Plenty of cafes, bakeries, pharmacies and popular restaurants nearby. Room is always immaculately clean and well-maintained. Staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful too.

Great experience overall. I had trouble with my tv in my room and the front desk offered me another room that was an upgrade with a living room and a large bathroom with tub. The room was quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard and a restaurant.
