Our stay at Relais Spa Val d'Europe was great. Would definitely stay there again. It is close to Disneyland, shopping, restaurants and has an excellent shuttle service. The staff are polite, professional and helpful. No complaints.

We had a great stay at this hotel and the staff were very friendly. We loved the buffet and some of the local restaurants near by. We loved the anemities such as the spa, suana, and steam room. We definitely took advantage after our 2 week adventure in Europe and visitng Disneyland. They didnt really explain the pick up situation for Disneyland. Once we got dropped off they didnt tell us where to meet them again. There was also once incident where we called room service at 930am and when we came back to our room we did not recieve service. I had to call them to let them know. We ended up getting service the next day. Overall, a great experience and the room was amazing. I would recommend and stay again.

The hotel is dated and likely was built in 90’. However that is not a problem because the rooms are very clean and spacious. I would rate it 8/10 but unfortunately, I did not like how I was treated by some of the staff members. I visited the Disneyland with my family that day and thus, was not dressed fancy. Clearly, some people thought I was too poor for the hotel. I frequently travel for business and leisure and was never disrespected this way. My little daughter knows that a book should never be judged by its cover and would be happy to train some of the hotel’s staff 😅 To be fair, many people were nice, helpful and professional. Especially the shuttle drivers were extremely helpful and deserve a big “thank you” for their awesome work.

We were really pleased with the location and proximity to Disneyland. The shuttle speed for taking and collecting was brilliant. The check in process was extremely frustrating. We arrived slightly early at 2;45pm and was told our room wasn’t ready but to come back at 3pm. We came back at 4pm to given the team enough time and were faced with a 35min wait for check in, only to be told the room wasn’t ready!!! We were altered to another room given I explained the above and had been standing in line so long whilst pregnant. We had chosen this hotel as it had a pool for our child. This was essential for us if our little one was really tried during visits to Disney. We were disappointed to see on arrival that pool times for children and families were limited to 10-12 and 3-5pm. All times we’d likely be at the parks. This is of course just dust for our particular schedule and routine. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is well maintained. Our room, regardless of air conditioning has remained very warm! We have just about managed but in spring or summer this would be unbearable. If you have a studio apartment, remember to bring washing up liquid as housekeeping won’t help you out with the odd glas / plate in the sink.

The hotel facilities are very nice. They have excellent transportation service to the park area. Within walking distance there is an area with several restaurants and a shopping mall. We would stay there again, we recommend it.

Excellent hotel service and friendly staff
The service was amazing, breakfast was delicious. The hotel was so busy,you have to be up by 7:30am for breakfast otherwise you’ll be waiting to be seated. They have a shuttle to Disneyland which was really good. I rang the hotel at 10:30pm within minutes the shuttle was at Disney land stop. Thank you to all the staff!

Wonderful Hotel
Really was a fabulous hotel. We were over for Disney Paris and it was very convenient for that. The hotel was exceptional couldn't be faulted. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The area itself is quite nice has a huge shopping complex near by with lots if eating options.
