Reception was good. Service and location were great. House keeping seemed a little hit and miss - one day the beds were completely made and the bathroom was tidied. The other, the duvets were folded and dumped on the ends on the beds. No consistency at all.

There is parking, shops near the hotel, the rooms are clean and it is very convenient for families because there is a kitchen. The staff is great!

The room was clean but looked tired; doors yellowing and sealant coming away. Drain smell in the toilet . Kitchen had limited utensils and the hob was very scratched and looked dirty. The standalone shower door opened inwards. I could barely get in. I feel this is really dangerous to have to manoeuvre around a wet slippy surface. Have stayed here a number of times and this is the first time we have had such a scruffy room

Room was good but towel rack did not hear and dishwasher machine also not working. Room cleaned daily and appreciated fridge and microwave. Instructions for appliances not up to date so had to try to figure out. Bathroom sick clogged during use but eventually drained. Easy to get to train and Disney which is why we chose this location.

This was our third stay in this hotel. This time we stayed as three adults and one child (16) and had the two room layout with one double bed and a double sofa bed and single sofa bed. There was plenty of tok. For all of us. The staff were amazingly friendly and so helpful. We ate in the bar the first night and the pizza was lovely; and again the staff were fantastic. I always feel very safe here and the location of the hotel for catching the RER to Disney is fantastic. One min walk to train station and just one stop (3mins) to Disney and the trains are very regular. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel
Excellent stay at Residhome Val D'Europe. We needed a hotel for 2 nights before our stay at Disney and so glad we chose the Residhome. Very good facilities in the kitchen area. Bed very comfortable and all areas very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Average with a great location
Location is fantastic and we were upgraded to an apartment staff were very friendly and overall it was excellent value for money. I do think the room could have done with a freshed up, some of the paint was dirty, the couch was uncomfortable (it doubled as a sofa bed). Over all though for the price i would stay again for the location to the train.

We rented a large suite with 2 bedrooms (1 with a set of bunk beds and 1 with queen bed), as well as a large sofa bed. It also contained kitchen facilities and 2 showers with 1 separate toilet. The hotel is a 30 minute walk to Eurodisney and you walk right by a large mall with a Primarck which we enjoyed. Lots of room in great location for our family of 2 parents and 2 adult children. Thanks!
