"My husband and I stayed here for a week with his two sisters and their husbands. The house was just like the photos- good condition, clean, & well-equipped. Eric & Lindsey were both great to work with and prompt to address questions. Pickleball just across the street & beach a short walk away. It was like having our own private beach. We will definitely come again when planning a vacation in the panhandle."

"We stayed at Paradise Point for a family reunion. The house and location were amazing! Super clean with great access to the beach. We enjoyed using the pickleball courts, pool, and kayaks. The kitchen was well stocked. We would highly recommend this house or any rentals that are owned by Bailey Vacation Properties. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this is the best one yet. Lindsey was highly responsive to any questions we had. Loved how close it was to the beach and other local shops. We were a group that ranged from 3yrs-72yrs and there was something for everyone to do. We hope to be back!"

"The house is clean. Only minor missing is extra trash bags. Most places I stayed at provide us coffee, sugar and creamer. However, this place is very convenient. Walking distance to the beach and near restaurants/bar."
