The facility itself is in good shape and very clean. Staff were outgoing, friendly and helpful. Limited dining options if you wanted to eat dinner at the hotel. Not that big of deal, we just ate dinner out, but if you didn’t want to travel menu choices were not robust. Overall, a good hotel that I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at again.

Snow stay!

We arrived at the resort at the beginning of a historic winter storm. They did an amazing job of providing excellent service despite having a skeleton crew, They managed to keep some of their restaurants open and when we had to extend our stay because of road conditions, they treated us to a good price. We would definitely come here again.

The hotel room was nice, but you could tell it had been rehabbed and the hardwood floors had dips in them, where they probably should have filled before just putting the vinyl hard wood down. The cafe not being open beyond 6 pm was a hassle. Should be open all night for limited items. At least be able to get a soda and packaged items until 10 pm. The soda machine on my floor did not accept my credit card. The staff was AMAZING and valet parking was fantastic.

I will say it was irritating that there was no clear way to the beach due to the construction. when I asked I was told just tell them you want to get by and they will stop working. So you need to walk through all the hard work they are doing and hope not to mess it up. Just seemed unprofessional. I understand that it will be done soon, just could have done a better job for the people staying there currently. Several ladies didn't want to go after I told them what I found out.
