Overall maintenance crew must have taken off all of 2024, not what you would expect from a hotel chain, maybe a motel, peeling wallpaper, chipping paint, bathroom had used dental pics from who knows how long ago,

The room was dirty except for the bed. The tub was badly stained. The fix was a mat glued to the tub trying to hide some of it. We did not use the shower because of its condition. The hotel is in bad shape. The bathroom door was rotted and chunks missing. Looks like someone punched the door a couple times too. This is the worst hotel we’ve ever been in. We will not use any Quality Inns again.

Dirty and unkempt. Stained bathrooms, missing paint on drywall scribbling on furniture stale cigarette odor in halls. Couldn’t even stay overnight.

Lobby area not very inviting. Handicapped bathroom in our room had black mold in the shower and scum all over the shower chair. The floor looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in ages. We were grossed out. I took pictures because I couldn’t believe they put us in that room. Unfortunately we booked the same hotel for next week and there are no refunds!

Our room had been previously used by a patron who smoked or by workers using it to take a smoke break. The smell was unbearable, we couldn’t even spend the full night, we felt like we were suffocating! Then we found a plastic garbage bag covering the smoke detector. Clearly this hotel does not do proper checks of their rooms or care! Would NOT recommend!
