I stay at this location every month as I travel for work. Overall, the condition of the building and rooms are good. However, all the scuff marks and dirty rugs in the rooms bring everything down a notch. The room itself is always pretty clean. Trash right outside the front entrance of the building could be picked up for better curb appeal.

This place was terrific except for one major problem: The street where it is located needed to be more light & scary. I would highly suggest you add bright lights to the entrance. A man was near the door, and I was honestly afraid of him.

This was an odd place. A huge apartment that was gorgeous but felt like it was furnished at a thrift store. The bed was not comfortable, there was no tv in the bedroom to unwind. Great location and a full kitchen. I loved it and didn’t love it if that makes sense. So much potential here with some furniture upgrades.

Don’t believe the website
There is a bit of a disconnect between what the website and packaging of the Sonder is vs the reality. This is not a boutique hotel experience wrapped up in a techy/staff-less way. It’s definitely a LOT more rough-around-the-edges travel-suite with hipster aspirations. I think it could have benefitted from being more up-front about that. I may have still stayed with lower expectations. In this case I was pretty let down by overall quality and experience.

I enjoyed my stay but I left my phone in the Uber and that made things rough for me. It could have helped if I had access to a business center to get a message to my family. Instead at 3pm the morning, I attempted to seek assistance from 5 hotels in the neighborhood but all but Cambridge Inn. Something just had to give.

Great location and stay in Center City
Great location in center city. Lots of food options around. The unit was clean and everything functional. Bed was comfortable. Having a kitchen and washer is a plus especially if you’re traveling with children. The only cons would be limited street parking in the area ( to be expected for the downtown area). Also the need to register for the Sonder app is mildly inconvenient and annoying.

The check in and check out are difficult with Expedia. You cannot extend your stay. You have to check out and check in to a different room. It's exhausting and stressful.
