Super cute vibey updated mid century motel looking hotel. Great spacious comfortable rooms with balconies, updated decor and furnishings. Pool looked amazing but too cold while I was there to use it. I didn’t make it to either restaurant or rooftop bar but the on property Cartel coffee was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Fun concept hotel with a few faults. We checked in and we were surprised to be told we HAVE to pay a $29/ day “rise experience” fee. This included a few “perks” around the hotel. All of the “perks” were pretty much normal things hotels already have. For example, self parking, internet (that was not good), smart tv and one water bottle/ person in room. The only thing on the list that was of interest to us of the special perks was the social hour. Between 4-6 pm daily you get one cocktail per person of a pre made batch. It wasn’t a cocktail I would ever choose and we only got it one of the 5 nights we stayed. Room service came one time, even though we didn’t have a “do not disturb” sign on the door. Onto the good, cute room decor, the beds and pillows were comfortable and instead of an iron there is a steamer in the room.

The hotel was amazing and had great decor. The staff was young, vibrant, and energetic. I enjoyed the cafe, on site restaraunt, and all the amenities. I highly recommend for anyone traveling to Phoenix.

We were told that we had to have a subscription to watch tv and there wasn’t any local channels. We didn’t have tv for three days! When we checked out the lady told us the new girl was mistaken and all she had to do was reprogram our tv. The floor of the room is cement that has cracks and wear. It made it cold and uncomfortable. No microwave. There is a $29.00 fee per person per night when you check in. The shower and water pressure were pretty fantastic.
