The only reason I picked this hotel, was to get a comfortable night sleep, and get a ride to the airport. When I booked the flight I specifically asked if there was a shuttle to the airport. I was told yes. When I checked in, she said the shuttle hours were only from 5:00am. I had to be at airport at 4:00 and had to pay for a Lyft to pick me up. VERY STRESSFUL!

I didnt like that I couldnt adjust the water pressure in shower and it spilled outside all over bathroom floor. The shower curtain was short and so it didnt keep the water inside the shower area. I had to arrange someone to come and mop. The bed linen was old and rough, i kept waking up due to feeling uncomfortable on my skin so i didnt end up resting well. I had to ask a worker to stop hammering right next to my room at 8.45pm who told me he had 20mins of work to do. I shouldn't have had to deal with all of that after a 30 hour flight. Very disappointed.

The room smelled so strongly of disinfectant that it made my eyes water…I could see where it had been sprayed on the floor…. I ended up wiping down the whole floor with a wet cloth and that helped. Also….the sheets did not fit the bed and the breakfast area was not clean.

Not for us.
Unfortunately we weren't comfortable here. Paid for a room with 2 beds for 3 people, got a room with a king and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Stains on the bedding. Couldn't figure out how to work the tvs. We got in from a late flight so were just too tired to complain. Shower curtain was thin and stuck to us when showering and water was all over. Breakfast area was crowded and cramped. However the king bed was very comfortable and any staff we encountered were pleasant. We just would not stay again.

It was not so good. remodeling going on, strong smell on the second floor. Had to ask to be changed to a room on the first floor. I wished they had alert us of the remodeling situation but that was not the case. Room was very clean.

For the $$, the stay was great. Quiet while we were there. Walking distance to a great restaurant (burgers and fries were A ). Bed was comfortable and the shower could peel an apple. A few things were a little dated but overall a bargain!

They were remodeling the hotel while there but it didn’t disturb us at all. I did notice that the construction workers and staff park in the handicap slots all day and night. That could be an inconvenience to some. Plenty of other parking available for workers.
