My room was clean and updated. There were 2 tvs but no remotes. There was a floor lamp without 1 bulb so it was leaning. There wasnā€™t a hair dryer, and when they brought me one it didnā€™t have any heat, just cool air. Towels were thin. I just think some details were missed.

The only reason I picked this hotel, was to get a comfortable night sleep, and get a ride to the airport. When I booked the flight I specifically asked if there was a shuttle to the airport. I was told yes. When I checked in, she said the shuttle hours were only from 5:00am. I had to be at airport at 4:00 and had to pay for a Lyft to pick me up. VERY STRESSFUL!

We were looking for an inexpensive place near the airport. I could hear someone snoring in the next room and the nearest place to eat is a short walk to the Hyatt. The breakfast buffet, was a joke. The pancake machine didn't work, the scrambled eggs were runny and the attendent in the dining are didn't speak English
