Not at all happy with this property. It was so dirty in the room. Towels had yellow spots on them and the sheets were also dirty. We had a 3 day reservation but left after the first night. We got in very late so we had to sleep there. Checked out early. Went through Travelocity so we contacted them about getting a refund for the additional 2 days. Hotel would was contacted several times and did NOT grant me a refund. Very disappointed considering they were able to rent out my room to another customer and could recoup the cost. Will never stay with them again.

The room was adequate but both elevators were temporarily out of order so it was difficult to get to our second floor room with all our luggage. Breakfast was nice with a good assortment of choices. The best thing was the shuttle to the airport was actually a private uber.

The only two elevators were out of service when we arrived around 7:30pm and were still out of service when we left at 9:30 the next morning. We had to schlep out two big suitcases up to the 3rd floor and back down, tough for 70-somethings. We were told the manager would be in. At 7:00am, but was not in when we departed at 9:30. The breakfast was sparse and the juice machine was broken. The TV remote did not work in our room. It’s the last time I’ll stay at a GreenTree. It may be cheap, but still not worth the money.

Very short stayover

Arrived after 11pm once flight landed and I picked up my hire car. The staff member on the front desk was very polite, they could only offer me a 4th floor room for the few hours I’m here between flights and the elevator was broken so heavy bags pulled up the stairs. They said I could have a refund but then that would have left me with no where to sleep for the night. The car park was a little scary with the people in it with their trolleys (single female traveller so I’m hoping my hire car will be ok in the morning). The room is big, it has a fridge, tv, coffee pod maker, shower etc.

First room had leaking fawcett in bath. Could not shut it off. Reception desk moved us as a courtesy. Second room, TV would not function. Reception desk attendant came to our room to help us. Jonnae was just as concerned as we were! She (Jonnae) was professional, kind and enthusiastic to fix our TV issue. She was unable to, and related concern to maintenance person and apologized for our inconvenience.

Need maintenance

The hotel looks good on the picture. It’s really not good inside the room. We don’t really mind that the elevator is broken. Climbing first to the 4th floor but hoping the room is clean and well maintain. So much need to be maintain on the room. Faucet is broken , dirty toilet yellowish seat, dripping water, comforter is not white it’s like super worn out comforter.

The actual property was really cold especially for the current weather. There were bums around the facility although they were really polite. The breakfast could have used a variety of different types of meats like turkey bacon or sausage or maybe even some beef instead of only pork; otherwise it was pretty decent especially for the price. I would stay again but I’d bring a thick blanket next time.

Employee was very nice! The elevators were out so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The bath room lights were really dim. And still waiting on my 100.00 deposit to be returned!

The only negative is it felt like driving into a sketchy neighborhood. There's a small strip of a barber shop etc. next to the property. We arrived at night and it looked like a possible drug deal taking place. Otherwise, the staff was great and the room was comfortable.

Trip was bad. Elevator was out. Had no room on the 1st floor 2nd floor had to go to the 3rd floor they tried to cancel my reservation after paying for it. Not very. Happy with this trip

Good basic accommodation

Good basic accommodation. Ok for one night. Breakfast was adequate (buffet style) but nothing to get too excited about. There was plenty of it however. The television didn’t work. The lady on reception did come to have a look at it but it stopped working again pretty much as soon as she left. I was too tired to pursue the matter any further as I’d only just arrived in from the UK and needed to be up early the next morning in order to catch my onward flight.
