The rooms are a bit dated. But the room was huge, with big bedroom, walk in closet and living room. Small kitchen. For a golf trip it is great. Pool area was good. Staff were great.

Closed refilling breakfast around 8:30 and the closing time for breakfast was 9 just had the bagel in breakfast no yougurt no eggs nothing. Choose Hyatt due to location and price but I think Going back to Marriott

Close to Old Town. We were happy to be able to walk to and from restaurants, stores, and Mass. Breakfast offers a variety of foods though the quality is mediocre. Good spacious suite. The pull-out couch was not very comfortable.
