Very nice Hotel

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. They offered a very nice free breakfast and the staff was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, large, fairly comfortable room. Very convenient to PHX airport. Staff is friendly and efficient. (Big shout out to Mike, the night clerk!) Limited breakfast buffet but hot fresh and tasty. Good coffee!

Liked that it was close to airport. Our flight was delayed & the hotel cancelled our reservation. So they didn’t have our room when we finally arrived. They re-booked us into a room that was already occupied. Finally got in to a room after waking other people. Breakfast was good, room was spacious & clean.

Not the best experience

We usually love Hampton Inns but this one was not like other experiences. This might have been a one time experience but I would suggest they check rooms to make sure they are fully cleaned.

Friendly staff, good location, bad TV!

It was great except for one thing. The TV kept skipping and freezing. Front desk just told me to turn off and back on again. That didn’t work. The TV needs to be replaced.
