The property is quiet but could use some upgrades. There are no great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The lack of 24 hour staff on the property made matters challenging.

This property looks nice on the pictures. However, in person it stinks like mold and has stains all over the carpeting. On top of all that the staff here is horrible and likes to make jokes against their customers. I left almost immediately and will never go back. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay and don't get fooled by the photos. It stinks!!! The staff stinks too!!!

I really enjoyed the spaciousness and loved our private patio. I think the only things I would change would be to add a light over the Keurig/microwave cubby, and if a renovation was ever in line, it would be nice to have a sink separate from the bathroom to fill water bottles, wash fruit etc.

Disappointing
This property feels like it's on it's last breath. During check-in we realized the Hotels.com description was no longer current. The property no longer has any restaurants, bars, or access to a gym. The spa/hot tub and pool were both clean and the area was somewhat maintained, although not all comfortable. Our room, a king, with a sofa suite was clean although dated and the sofa upholstery was not clean. The balcony was private and had an amazing view of the city and mountains. Overall, our stay was disappointing due to the description I read and based my decision on and what the property actually offered.

The Sparkling Wine was also a nice touch. Large bedroom w/fireplace, Large bathroom w/jacuzzi and nice living room. All new and a 4K tv in living room. Furnishings were very comfortable and clean, soft and comfortable. The view was impressive. Also half the cost of the Casino which is a basic hotel room.
