The person checking me in was racist and kept talking about people and her coworkers to her coworkers based on the color of their skin. Initially she said there was no room for me, which took her 20 minutes to sort out me reservation. The room wasn't ready at check in time, in fact it took an hour. Half of the lights in the room didn't work. It was a suite, but didn't have coffe and tea in the room. No glasses. The set up was odd, kitchen stuff in the bedroom. Very poorly designed. Laundry wasn't available, equipment was broken. Elevator was half apart. Staff didn't know the layout. Every little thing had extra costs. Shuttle to the airport costs extra. The best thing was that it was clean.

Sketchy...and roaches!
Found a cockroach in the room! Dirty carpets...I didn't want to take my shoes off. Missing light bulbs in lamp, although ataff was prompt in fixing that issue. Wobbly furniture. Pool in disrepair. Sketchy people just hanging out in the courtyard. I couldn't stay and the hotel gave me a refund.

So I am not sure if because I book through Expedia that they give me a crappy room, or if they are all smelly and not updated... AC unit would only do heat, hardly any outlets for phones etc, bad furniture etc. Also, very noisy other people at the hotel outside at all hours

The man at the reception desk was not very professional, he didn’t wear a uniform just a red GAP shirt, no name tag , and he wasn’t the most welcoming. I should have got his name but I didn’t since I was tired from my late flight. If he didn’t come from the back I wouldn’t have even guest he was a worker. The room faced the parking lot in the back that had this tow truck or car transportation truck. Something was happening during the night and it was noisy during the night. The bathroom didn’t have great circulation of air so it smelled bad, the shower knobs were hard to use and there was a bug in the shower!, the beds made us itchy and was uncomfortable for my husband and had a stain one of the twin beds. We’re grateful they offered breakfast, and The waffle maker was great probably my only positive and favorite part, but there wasn’t enough protein options during breakfast. Mostly carbs and dairy. Still better than nothing. Maybe we came too late but just wishes there were more protein options. The woman during check out seemed really nice and seemed to listen to other guest complaints. she was hospitable. I liked the close location to the airport but it still felt really sketchy and I don’t think I’ll come back. I understand it’s older a little more run down but the quality of the bathroom put me off and I really felt scared like not safe for some reason. Even though my husband was with me I couldn’t sleep and usually sleep the best in hotels. I’m disappointed.

The rooms were dirty the sheets had stains no housekeeping unless requested. A/c smelled of mold so we kept it off not that it was very strong anyway. Door didn’t lock. Water pressure terrible. Water came out brown at first. No vegan option for milk or any food. Terrible won’t be returning.

I stayed on the 3rd floor , the shower was not working as the shower head was loose.the water was over flowing i asked the reception To fix and they told The plumber will come after 8 00am.o had to leave for the airport b4 8.00a.m. In the advertisement on your website the hotel says they hv suttle to the airport.when i checked in the front deak, they i have pay $12.00 for it. They did not say this on the website. The standard of the hotel does not justify for a 3 star hotel.

This building is a motel, window shades are flimsy, you can easily see in the room, no restaurants near by, just vending machines. Ads lied, airport shuttle is not free, no mini fridge or microwave. Elevator is filthy, I didn’t feel safe. Room is ok
