I booked 2 rooms from this hotel. 1 room was inside; it was ok. The 2nd room was on the outside - doors look beat up - this2nd room was not updated. It had stains on the wall. I tried to get moved; they did not have any other rooms . So we kept the inside room. My family had issues with the key card working. The staff member tried to help; offered to clean the walls. So we cancelled 1 room and kept the inside room as itwas better,

I absolutely LOVED this hotel and will never forget it. Everything seems very thought out. We stayed in a suite on a girls trip for 3. It was perfect besides the fact that we could have used another wall mirror for makeup. 10/10 loved this place.

Loud music nobody cares
There was an Incident where there was A loud party outside the room. I complained but the guy at the front don’t do anything. I had to call again and he said he couldn’t hear it but it was pretty loud. I went downstairs and told the desk guy to go listen for himself and when I opened the door he heard the partying. He didn’t seem to take my concern seriously the second time even when he heard the music. I complained in the morning and the two people at the front desk didn’t seem too concerned about it. They weren’t interested in hearing my concern.

Did not feel comfortable in this “hotel”. It really seemed more like a “motel”. Mattress was way too soft and bed was only 2 feet off the ground. No microwave in room. Room had a very strong smell of chemicals/cleaning solution. Would not recommend.

Nice location but the room had no microwave and the shower pressure was so strong it actually hurt the skin. So showering was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was too small and still under renovation.

Good staff,grounds clean,not-so-hot adaptive room.
We had an adaptive room. The bathroom had two floor drains which gave off a sewer smell especially at night. We had to sleep with the door closed. The sink was separating from the wall and needed to be solidly attached.
